What counts as a prompt?
One question your customers ask an AI assistant — like “best CRM for a 10-person sales team” or “gift box ideas for a 6-year-old.” Every tracked prompt is asked of each engine several times, every week.
How does the free trial work?
Launch and Starter start with 14 days free. A card is required at checkout, and you're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. The trial is for an organization's first subscription. Agency has no trial.
My business doesn't fit an industry list. Can I still use it?
Yes. Pick “Other” at sign-up and describe your business — consumer brands and local businesses included. We draft starter prompts from your description, and you review them before anything is tracked.
Which plan is right for me?
Launch (10 prompts) suits an early-stage startup or a small consumer brand watching its core questions. Starter (20 prompts) fits a B2B company with more buyer questions to cover. Agency is for tracking several client brands, one project each.
Can I track prompts daily?
Every plan runs weekly — AI answers rarely change faster, and a weekly trend is what shows real movement. Daily tracking is a paid add-on at $15 per prompt per month; email to add it.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Cancel anytime from “Manage billing” — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. To switch plans, email and we'll change it for you.
